The stalls at Chinatown that sell candies and preserved fruits usually allow sampling. Patrons just pick out what they want to sample from the small plastic containers.

From my time (32 years ago as of this posting) as a student I will share over the next 4 days emulations (Hip Hop Musicians call it sampling) of some of my favorite photographers from the 19th & 20th C. I don't intentionally emulate anyone today. Although, who can say what the subconscious is doing?
